Pork Tenderloin
Get this easy Pork Tenderloin recipe. This pork recipe is always tender and juicy.
Ingredients:
- 1 pork Tenderloin
- Onion powder
- Garlic salt and pepper to taste
Pork Brine: Optional
- 3 cups water
- 1/4 cup sea salt or Kosher
- 1/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 2 cups ice cubes
Brine Directions:
- Stir together the water, salt, and sugar until dissolved. Stir in the ice and any other flavorings and cool the brine to 45°F or lower.
- Clean and remove the extra fat on the pork tenderloin.
- Place the pork in a zipper-lock bag or large bowl. Pour in the flavor brine and seal the bag. Place the bag in a bowl in case it leaks and refrigerate for 2 to 6 hours, depending on the thickness of the pork. Remove the pork, discard the flavor brine, and pat the chops dry. Proceed with the recipe, or wrap the pork in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to cook, up to 2 days.
Directions:
- Allow the pork to stand at room temperature before grilling about 20 to 30 minutes.
- Coat the pork with onion powder, garlic salt and pepper.
- Preheat the grill to medium 350 F.
- Lightly oil grate. Place tenderloin on grate. Cook over indirect heat for 30 minutes.
- Turn the pork every 10 minutes
- Continue cooking until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center reads 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
- Allow pork to rest for 10 minutes.
- slice pork and serve on a platter.
